Banc Templarii

Banc Templarii is the royal bank of the Templar Kingdom. The bank that is in under direct control by the Templar Kingdom goverment.

Banc Templarii does not charge anykind of service charges on national made transactions, and gives 2% interest on money stored in it's bank accounts. bankaccount holders share it the profits of the bank, (not as with other banks where only shareholders share in the profits) because the ones really making the bank work are the ones having accounts in them.

Banc Templarii has the following duties :

  • Design the banknotes
  • Be in charge of the currency exchange
  • Keep control over inflation rates
  • Keep control over the printing of new notes
  • Making sure the currency is covered by gold

Bills

The Sovereign Templar Crown is not printed by Banc Templarii, but printed by the royal mint and none else has the printing rights. Bills in circulation are: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 12 £STC

Printing Money

The Templar Kingdom is against the idea that just any bank can print money. The printing of new Templar Kingdom bills falls soley under the autorithy of the Banc Templarii (the central bank of the Templar Kingdom.) no other bank has the right to print the money, if it does it can be charged with counter fitting currency. To replace old, torn and worn out bills, the local bank has to send them back to the Banc Templari to get new ones.

Bitcoins

The Templar Kingdom is also against the idea of bitcoins. it is too virtual. you got no real control over them. the templar kingdom will not invest in this future coin idea.

Local banks are not allowed to ask service charges from their costumers.

TSE

The Templar Stock Exchange (TSE): The Beaulosagñese-Templar Kingdom government has now set up the Templar Stock exchange (TSE). Trading international and national stock is now possible on the TSE (since 01-I-894/2013). The Sovereign Templar Crown £ however is not open for trade and stays at a locked rate of 1£STC=12£.
